Mourning Nightmares strives towards providing the best possible customer service. We want everything about shopping with Mourning Nightmares to be a pleasant experience. This includes our return policy. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product by following the return guidelines listed below
- Incorrect Merchandise
If Mourning Nightmares accidentally sent the wrong merchandise we will easily and quickly exchange it for the right product. Please notify us within 72 hours by clicking on this link to fill out the customer service form. All of our returns/exchanges will require prior authorization to ensure proper tracking of the transaction.
- Manufacturing Defect
We inspect all products before delivery. But if by chance we unfortunately miss a defect on a product, we will be more than happy to issue an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 72 hours by clicking on this link to fill out the customer service form. All of our returns/exchanges will require prior authorization to ensure proper tracking of the transaction.
*Please note that if the merchandise was damaged in-transit (the shipping box is damaged) please file a claim with the shipping provider.
- Non-Defective Exchange or Return
To ensure proper customer service is provided, we want to make sure we satisfy your Halloween needs. If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased, or if the costume your purchased does not fit, Mourning Nightmares would like to work with you. Please notify us within 72 hours by clicking on this link to fill out the customer service form. All of our returns/exchanges will require prior authorization to ensure proper tracking of the transaction. Returns or Exchanges will only be considered if the item can be returned in its original packaging and has never been worn unless to verify if it fits. Upon approval, the return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once we receive the item, if it is received in a condition other than what was authorized, the return will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Halloween Exchange or Return Policy
Due to the nature of the season, from October 1st through November 7th, the following return policy will go into effect. If you have received an incorrect item, or if there is a manufacturer defect, we will quickly exchange for the same item. Please notify us within 48 hours by clicking on this link to fill out the customer service form. All of our returns/exchanges will require prior authorization to ensure proper tracking of the transaction. During this season, however, we cannot accept any requests for exchanges/returns other than for the reasons stated in this Halloween Policy.

- Please be advised that when doing an exchange/return the return shipping of the item is at the customer's expense.
- Any items returned without prior authorization from Mourning Nightmares will not be refunded. If an item is sent back to Mourning Nightmares without prior authorization, or marked "return to sender" it can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Please be aware that Mourning Nightmares reserves the right to request physical proof to substantiate the return/exchange.
Our Company, reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue authorization for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Our company will also cancel an order if it is deemed to be made in bad faith or for which we were unable to verify billing information with the credit card's issuing bank.
