Mourning Nightmares FAQ

Mourning Nightmares is a Halloween company founded by Halloween enthusiasts. We have been a part of the Halloween industry for over 10 years now. The number one goal of our company is to provide the best Halloween props and costumes at the cheapest prices possible. Running a haunted house ourselves, we truly understand the value of the dollar. In turn, we would like to help you stretch that dollar as far as possible with our products. To help with that we will be running year long specials, discounts and sales to help make the Halloween season the most enjoyable.

Q: How can I participate in the discounts Mourning Nightmares has to offer?

A: Simple. Just sign up to be a member of the Nightmare Community. There is no charge or fee to be a member. There are many different ways to sign up. You can join our Nightmare Club by clicking on the following link NIGHTMARE COMMUNITY You can also join our newsletter which should be at the bottom right of our website. This will send you automatic product updates and discounts as soon as they are available. If you do not have an email address, we can snail mail you any promotions we have running throughout the year. Just fax us at 313-388-8457 or mail us your name and address at:

Q: Do you accept International Orders?

A: Yes. We accept any and all orders. Our virtual doors are open to everyone. There will be an additional charge added to your total to help cover for increased shipping rates.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks.

All credit cards payments will be done through a secure (SSL) server. We understand the value of privacy and will work hard to protect it. We have partnered with Paypal to ensure all credit card payments are done with the upmost security.

For Money Order and Personal Check orders, please indicate you are paying as such during checkout. Payments can be made out to Mourning Nightmares and mailed to:

Q: Once I place my order how long does it take to receive?

A: All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Confirmation will be provided once the order has been processed and shipped. All orders will take approximately 2 weeks to receive. Some items that are considered "Special Order" will take up to 6 weeks.

Q: Does Mourning Nightmares have any yearly specials running?

A: Why yes. Thank you for asking. Announcements will be made periodically to update all of our customers on current events.
